Daily Vibes For You is a free iOS application developed and operated by Ananya Banerjee. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (and what we don't), how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

What data we collect
We collect no personal information. Daily Vibes For You is designed from the ground up to function without gathering any data about you.
Specifically, the app does not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any contact information
- Account credentials — there is no account system
- Device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to us
- Any information entered into the app
Local storage only
Any preferences you set (such as your notification time or display settings) are stored exclusively on your device using iOS local storage. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is removed automatically.
Third-party services
Daily Vibes For You does not integrate with any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, social media SDKs, or tracking tools. We use no Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, Firebase, or similar services.
The only external service involved is the Apple App Store, which handles the download and installation of the app. Apple's own privacy practices apply to that process. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.
Notifications
If you enable daily notifications, iOS delivers them locally on your device using a schedule you set. No notification data is sent to our servers. You can disable notifications at any time in your iPhone Settings.
Cookies and tracking
The app uses no cookies, pixels, beacons, fingerprinting, or any other tracking technology. This also applies to this website (dailyvibesforyou.com), which contains no tracking scripts.
Children's privacy
Daily Vibes For You is rated 4+ on the App Store and is appropriate for all ages. Because we collect no personal data, the app is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations by design.
Your rights
Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete on our end. If you wish to remove all app data, simply delete the app from your device.
If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to erasure and data portability. Since we hold no personal data about you, these rights are satisfied by our non-collection policy. You may still contact us to confirm this.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you rights to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not collect it.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices ever change, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date. We will not collect data without first updating this policy to reflect that change.
